  1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received (where applicable).

  • Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.

  1. Important Note (Resale & Open-Box Items)

  • Some products sold on Etsy Us are resale, open-box, or liquidation items.

  • These items may have minor cosmetic marks, repackaging, or signs of handling.

  • Such conditions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return unless the item is not functional or incorrectly described.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Used or damaged items (after delivery).

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products (if opened).

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us through our website with your order details and issue.

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof (if applicable).

  • Wait for approval and return instructions.

  • Ship the item back if required.

Note: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

  1. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where possible).

  1. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be covered only if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy.
